Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver across Australia. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
We only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged, within their warranty period. Please note, this does not apply to change of mind, as stated in our policy below.
Tiles
What makes the LVL UP tiles different to others?
Our tiles are heavy-duty, modular, and designed to withstand high loads, harsh temperatures, and everyday garage wear, tested by real car enthusiasts.
Is it easy to install the tiles?
Super easy. Our interlocking system requires no glue, tools, or professional help. Just snap them into place and you're good to go.
Are the tiles waterproof?
Yes, they’re water-resistant, self-draining, and have an anti-slip surface, making them safe and practical for any workspace.
Can I use a jack stand?
Absolutely. Our tiles support 5–6 metric tons and can easily handle jacks, tool chests, and even lifts.
How do I maintain and clean the tiles?
A simple hose-down or mop is all it takes. They’re built to resist oil, dirt, and grime.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Custom, pre-order, and larger orders may take a little longer, we thank you for your patience as we ensure everything is made and delivered with care.
Shipping Options
We ship Australia-wide, and delivery times vary depending on your location:

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of your order. We aim to keep shipping affordable without compromising speed or safety.
Local Delivery
Local delivery of our heavyweight items directly from our warehouse is available for customers within a certain range of Brisbane, Logan, and Gold Coast. This will be dispatched within 1-3 days.
Local Pickup
Customers can choose to pickup at our Gold Coast Warehouse. Select this option at checkout and we’ll be in touch.
Delivery Issues
If something’s gone wrong with your delivery or your order hasn’t arrived, contact us. We’ll help sort it out as fast as possible.
Returns
At LVL UP, we take pride in the quality and durability of every product we offer. Because our gear is built to last, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Warranty
At LVL UP we stand behind the quality of our products. Our big ticket items come warranty (as specified on the individual items) that covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, please contact us with your proof of purchase, and we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
